A line I paid for was never said
It refunds itself. There is nothing to claim and nothing to write to us about: if a line is never delivered, the money goes back on its own. If a stream ends with your line still waiting, that is refunded too, in full.
A line was turned down
An NPC can turn a line down before it has been said once. The money goes straight back. Nobody is charged for a line nobody said.
I want my clip
Every line that lands is saved to My clips in the app. Open one to play it, share it or delete it.
Somebody filmed me and I want it taken down
You do not need an account and you do not need the app. Use the takedown form. We answer inside 24 hours.
I want my account gone
Delete my account, in the app or from here.
Getting paid
Payouts run through Stripe. My earnings in the app shows what you are owed and what state your payout account is in. If Stripe is asking for something, that screen says what.
